How do you ship packages?

Currently, we offer shipping across the U.S. only. Packages from our U.S. warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery time across the United States: 3 to 10 business days (From the date of Purchase).

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us at help@ugclothes.com.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

How much shipping cost?

We don’t charge anything for product delivery to our customers. We provide Free Shipping across USA for all products!
