How Do Pump Traction Devices Work?
This gentle ，painless stretching causes the cells within the corpora cavernosa to pull away and split. Just like muscle buliding, during the cell healing process, healthy new cells are created, allowing your penis to become larger. Instructions for use
Lubricate the inner wall of the cylinder and yourself.

This if anything is a mad hot toy for us boys. After a few juicy tryouts, I am more than satisfied: all the parts seem to be of good quality, the pressure is easy to control, and the flange at the bottom makes usage very comfortable (especially compared to using rings). And the whole thing works perfectly by giving really great hard-on with superbly bloated shiny glans. One little detail offers some extra fun: length scales in the tube are both in centimetres and in inches, so one can play both European or American way. Hidden Tip: You can turn it into a Hydromax Pump (By Bathmate) by adding water to the tube (Enough to cover the penis). You should also try to shave so that the air doesn't escape due to hair being in the way of the sealing gasket.

I thought 63 mm diameter was too much for a 50 mm diameter penis but it is just enough. Had I bought the smaller diameter I would have had problems, so my advice is to choose the diameter just above your own size. 30 centimetres is even too long if you are under 20 cm... I should have bought the 22 cm x 63 mm but the 30 cm version still works very well. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Good, strong materials.

I bought all four of the 12 inch cylinders with a thickness from 1.75 inches to 2.5 inches, because I believe you should use cylinders that is around the the same girth as your own penis then as you get bigger you can use a larger diameter until you're satisfied with the size you're most comfortable with
