How Do Pump Traction Devices Work?
This gentle ，painless stretching causes the cells within the corpora cavernosa to pull away and split. Just like muscle buliding, during the cell healing process, healthy new cells are created, allowing your penis to become larger. Instructions for use
Lubricate the inner wall of the cylinder and yourself.
Insert your penis into the cylinder. The cylinder should remain firmly pressed against the base of your penis to keep air from escaping.

Excellent value pump. I was using a bathmate before but I can tell this pump is going to be better. The black rubber piece is too small so I just don’t use it, put the tube straight to the skin and it seals no problem. My only suggestions is to make the red hose longer. I ordered the 5.0 cm but it’s a little tight but still works great for now. I’m going to go ahead and order the next size up and it should fit great.

I bought all four of the 12 inch cylinders with a thickness from 1.75 inches to 2.5 inches, because I believe you should use cylinders that is around the the same girth as your own penis then as you get bigger you can use a larger diameter until you're satisfied with the size you're most comfortable with

The tube, hosing and rubber padding all feel very nice and high quality. Nice and easy pressure release button. Overall I’m quite pleased. Product feels like it will last a while. My only request is that the hose that connects the pump handle to the tube should be a bit longer. Not quite long enough to rest the pump handle down on your leg or beside you in between sets. No instructions with the kit but it’s pretty easy to figure out.

After a few juicy tryouts, I am more than satisfied: all the parts seem to be of good quality, the pressure is easy to control, and the flange at the bottom makes usage very comfortable (especially compared to using rings). And the whole thing works perfectly by giving really great hard-on with superbly bloated shiny glans. One little detail offers some extra fun: length scales in the tube are both in centimetres and in inches, so one can play both European or American way. My only reservation is that the hose between the pump and the tube should be longer, but that is not a real issue, as one can buy a longer hose if necessary. I thought 63 mm diameter was too much for a 50 mm diameter penis but it is just enough. Had I bought the smaller diameter I would have had problems, so my advice is to choose the diameter just above your own size. 30 centimetres is even too long if you are under 20 cm... I should have bought the 22 cm x 63 mm but the 30 cm version still works very well. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Good, strong materials.

It is very good quality compared to my previous pump. The tube is very solid and thick. The pressure feels a bit different and I went a bit higher with this tube but I don't recommend going more than -12 as I went to -15 and I got a bit of bruising and red dots. Be safe as this is not a toy. Maybe the manufacturer can put a marking until which pressure it is safe.

Perfectly as advertised. The gauge works well and the pump holds a firm seal. Very happy with the purchase as these sized tubes aren’t available in my country for this price.
